About your Tutor: Julie Hurst
Julie Hurst holds an MSc in Positive Psychology and is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society. She is currently undertaking a PhD in compassion practices and the well-being and resilience of children. Her working life is divided between training on wellbeing and resilience in schools and major companies and a private practice where she works with adults and children.
